Vincent Roger-Machart has 25 years of professional experience in the telecommunications and digital sector where he intervenes on subjects as varied as broadband strategy definitions, techno-economic appraisals, technical due diligence, regulatory decisions drafting, market analyses, public-private partnership implementation as well as the preparation of tender documents for open access networks.

Its expertise allows it to tackle issues relating to fixed (FTTx, xDSL, FWA) and mobile access networks (2G to 5G, PMR, etc.), fibre-optics, spectrum management, radio access, Internet of Things (IoT) as well as to urban supervision platforms. His knowledge of the field and his solid international experience have enabled him to carry out missions for governments, regulatory authorities as well as operators and investors.

Vincent Roger-Machart has held various operational and management positions in several specialized companies or leaders in the sector such as Alcatel, ATDI, Leadcom, Setics, etc. Since 2018, Vincent has been an independent expert and has been working since 2019 as a trainer for operators on economic and regulatory issues.
