Aladin Mekki

Senior Consultant

Aladin Mekki is a senior consultant specializing in innovation and digital transformation strategies.

Aladin began his career as an analyst at CREDOC (Research center for the study and observation of living conditions), where he carried out sector studies on various French industrial sectors. He then worked for several years in the field of prospective studies and worked in particular on the future of mobility and smart cities.

He then joined the PICOM competitiveness cluster, where he led a think tank on the evolution of value chains and business models in retail. In this context, he also had the opportunity to support several large-scale European R&D projects related in particular to the IoT.

These experiences have led him to work extensively on the evolution of companies towards service business models and its impact on the economic models and the value chain of the sectors concerned.

Aladin then evolved in various consulting firms as a consultant in innovation and digital transformation. He has thus accompanied managers, CIOs and directors of innovation on the implementation of innovation projects and the construction of transformation sheets.

His career has thus led him to make the link between the analysis of the evolution of needs on a market, the construction of innovative solutions to respond to these evolutions, and the support of their concrete implementation by taking into account the technical and organizational constraints.

Aladin holds a Master 2 in industrial economics from Paris 1 University and a Master 2 in studies and consulting from Paris 7 University.
