Jean-Marc Karila

Jean-Marc Karila has over 30 years of experience in industrial processes in the automotive industry. Within the Renault Group and later in the Renault-Nissan-Mitsubishi Alliance, he has held a variety of positions, from engineer to director, covering a broad spectrum of company activities and areas of responsibility (Corporate, Business Unit, Plant).

As a result, Jean-Marc has developed a precise understanding of how companies operate as a whole, and in particular of human and technical management and industrial processes. He has acquired his expertise through the many technical and organisational innovations in which he has partaken or which he has assisted through his different roles: industry 4.0, predictive maintenance, flow logic, robotics, vision, smart factory, etc. whether it was in France, Spain, Latin America or Japan.

Since 2021, Jean-Marc has been helping managers and their companies, whatever their field of activity, to improve their performance by acting on every aspects: technical, organisational and human.

Jean-Marc Karila holds an engineering degree from Arts et Métiers (ENSAM) and an Executive MBA from ESSEC. He works in French, English and Spanish.
